We reserve the right to final sales and warehousing at our suppliers as well as for any incorrect price indications.

Sometimes it happens that one of the items you ordered is not in stock and is back-listed.
This is due to the fact that the product is currently not in stock or that delivery is delayed.
An email will then be sent to you within 1-3 days.

We offer Home Delivery Package with DHL .

Delivery to the door with DHL.
The shipping cost is SEK 60 and free shipping for orders over SEK 500 in Sweden.

The shipping cost is SEK 100 and free shipping for orders over SEK 800 in Finland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy and Belgium.

When the package has arrived at the terminal, you will receive an SMS notification.
You then have to choose between a few different times for delivery. About 15-30 minutes before delivery, you will be called by the DHL driver.

When do we send your goods?
Normally we send your goods within 1-3 working days (within Sweden) and 3-5 working days in the other countries (Finland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy and Belgium).
In connection with your order leaving our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Contact us if you have not received this email within 3 working days after placing an order.

Deviating delivery time
If an item has a deviating delivery time, it is stated next to the respective article.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail.

You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.

There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their obligations to us.
We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Damaged goods?
We ask you to check that the shipment is intact and that the goods are undamaged.
Should the shipment be damaged, we ask you to check on site that everything is included in the package.
Always save packaging and bottle / can / bag and document the damage (photograph).
We need this for a complaint to the carrier.

If you want us to deliver to an address other than your own, you can choose to enter an alternative delivery address at checkout.
It can be an alternative own address or someone else’s address.

Your package remains with DHL’s representative for 14 days from the date of arrival. DHL notifies you via text message, email or letter depending on what you have chosen.
After a few days, DHL sends a reminder that your package is with the agent.

If you do not pick up the package within 14 days, it will be returned to us. Packages that are not picked up will be charged to you as a customer with SEK 59.


We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason.

Please note that this only applies to purchases via the web shop, www.dacilia.se and NOT to, for example, company orders that are made by direct contact with us at DACILIA.

You always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if the item is out of stock or in the event of delays.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product’s packaging has been opened in any way or if it has been used.

You are responsible for return shipping. Pack the item (s) satisfactorily (in the same way as you received them from us).

When we have received the item back and found that it is not damaged or used in any way, we will pay back the amount you paid or correct your invoice within 30 days.

We guarantee that the goods you buy from us are of good quality and are undamaged. If something happens on the road during shipping or if the contents of the item are defective, you obviously have the right to return or the right to a refund.

Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we want you to contact us as soon as possible.

If you want to complain about a product, this must be done within 14 days for an incorrectly delivered product and within 2 months for a complaint.
We are responsible for shipping in the event of incorrect deliveries and complaints.

In the event of damage or another reason approved by us for repurchase, you return the item or get your money back.

We make an assessment and agree on what is appropriate in each individual case.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item’s depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All food products must be returned in unopened packaging.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
