Marzano Tomato sauce or Organic Cherry Tomatoes sauce, garlic, burrata, basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Nocellara del Belice IGP.<\/p>\n<p>So easy you can prepare the sauce in the time it takes to cook the pasta.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\t\t\t<div class=\"info-box-wrapper \">\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"wd-60719d8081b33\" class=\" woodmart-info-box text-left box-icon-align-top box-style- color-scheme- woodmart-bg-none box-title-default \"  >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"info-box-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"info-box-title woodmart-font-weight- box-title-style-default\">INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"info-box-inner reset-mb-10\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>400 gr spaghetti (or tagliatelle or penne)<br \/>\n1 cloves garlic<br \/>\n400 gr Napoli tomato Sauce or 1 bottle of Organic cherry tomatoes sauce<br \/>\nBurrata: 2 large ball of fresh burrata<br \/>\n3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil Nocellara del Belice IGP<br \/>\n2 handfuls flat-leaf Basils finely chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp sea salt<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text text_larger=&#8221;no&#8221;]<strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Start by finely chopping the basils and the garlic.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">In a large pot, bring four litres of water to boil. Then add the sea salt.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Cook the pasta in the boiling water for the time that&#8217;s on the package minus one minute.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">While the pasta cooks, add the extra virgin olive oil to a non-stick or stainless steel pan.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>When the oil is warm, add the finely chopped garlic. Let fry in the oil for about one minute. Make sure your heat is on low and the oil doesn&#8217;t get too hot. You don&#8217;t want to burn the oil, nor the garlic.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">When the garlic turns into a light golden colour, add the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Finally, add the chopped basils to the pan and turn the heat off. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">When the pasta is ready, drain it and toss it in the pan. Turn on the heat on medium and finish cooking the pasta in the pan with the sauce while stirring for another minute.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Add a ladle or two of pasta water to make the whole thing come together. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Serve immediately with the burrata (torn into a few pieces) on top, some Extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Enjoy this simple and delicious meal. <\/span><\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text text_larger=&#8221;no&#8221;]Hi Lovely people, Italian cooking is mainly about simplicity; simple recipes, quality ingredients, cooking techniques and love.
