Please note that this only applies to purchases via the web shop, www.dacilia.se and NOT to, for example, company orders that are made by direct contact with us at DACILIA.<\/p>\n

You always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if the item is out of stock or in the event of delays.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product’s packaging has been opened in any way or if it has been used.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t[vc_column_text text_larger=”no”]We ask you to check that the shipment is intact and that the goods are undamaged.
\nShould the shipment be damaged, we ask you to check on site that everything is included in the package.
\nAlways save packaging and bottle \/ can \/ bag and document the damage (photograph).
\nWe need this for a complaint to the carrier.
\nAll food products must be returned in unopened packaging.<\/p>\n
